The stability of homeownership is what Ms. Mosby wanted for her 3, very well-behaved, boys. This hard working single mother had dreamed of owning a home. Being a renter was something that she had grown to hate. Raising her sons in a home that would eventually become theirs was her goal, so she patiently endured the process to become a homeowner. Her boys absolutely love their new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Because of the provision of decent and affordable housing, these boys will never have to move again ... and a dream of homeownership finally came true.
